Obviously ordered immediately and in three days I arrived at home (ie yesterday).
The first experiment with soy milk, it was a success and managed to produce one liter of yogurt creamy and not at all sour. And fresher than that! Il vino in questo caso serve, in una giornata grigia come questa la rende quasi gioiosa, specie se il vino è un buon novello prodotto nella stessa terra.
In totale abbiamo raccolto, in un giorno e mezzo, circa 650 kg di olive, che andranno al frantoio domattina 5.30.
